These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://tarout.in/, including your purchase of products, use of website features, communications with TarOut, and any related services.
TarOut is operated by Maanvi Enterprises, Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
By accessing the website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using TarOut.in, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and any other policies displayed on the website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the website or place an order.
2. ABOUT TAROUT
TarOut offers Ayurvedic herbal wellness products designed for adults seeking convenient daily wellness routines, including customers exposed to smoke, dust, traffic and urban air.
Our range may include:
• TarOut Lung Detox Tea Bags
• TarOut Lung Detox Tea Powder
• TarOut Lung Detox Syrup
• Other TarOut wellness products introduced from time to time
Product availability, pack sizes, pricing and formulations may change.

Where applicable, payment for a cancelled prepaid order will be refunded according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

TarOut currently supports prepaid checkout through available payment methods shown at checkout.

• Other payment options made available through the payment gateway
Cash on Delivery may not be available.
Payment processing is handled through third-party payment providers. Their terms and privacy practices may also apply.
10. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are generally processed after successful payment confirmation.
Estimated dispatch and delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may be affected by:
• Delivery location
• Courier operations
• Public holidays
• Weather
• Local restrictions
• Incorrect address details
• Events outside our reasonable control
Current website guidance may provide faster local delivery estimates for Hyderabad and different timelines for other locations.
A delay in delivery does not automatically create a right to compensation beyond rights available under applicable law.
11. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address, PIN code and reachable phone number.
If an order is delayed, returned or lost due to incorrect information supplied by the customer, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment.
12. CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to order status.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. The Refund & Returns Policy will then apply.
13. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND REFUNDS
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by the TarOut Refund & Returns Policy.
Key conditions include:
• Eligible return requests should generally be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Damaged, leaked, wrong, expired or missing-item issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Consumable products normally must remain unused, unopened and sealed to qualify for a customer-initiated return.
• Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method.

14. PROMOTIONS AND COUPONS
Promotional codes, discounts and special offers:
• May have expiry dates
• May apply only to selected products
• May require a minimum order value
• May be limited to one use per customer
• May not be combined unless stated
• May be withdrawn or modified where legally permitted
Abuse of promotions may result in cancellation.
15. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the TarOut name, logo, website design, product photographs, graphics, written content, packaging artwork and other website materials are owned by or licensed to TarOut / Maanvi Enterprises.
