TarOut is a daily ritual rather than a quick fix. Most people take it for 2–4 months. Chest heaviness is usually the first thing to shift; be consistent rather than heavy-handed.
Tea bags if you want the easiest daily habit. Tea powder if you prefer brewing a traditional kadha and controlling the strength. Syrup if you want faster throat relief and a measured 10ml dose twice a day. Many people use the syrup alongside the tea.

Ayurvedic lung detox for smokers, pollution and daily respiratory care
TarOut is a daily Ayurvedic ritual for adults searching for a lung detox drink, lung cleanse tea, detox tea for smokers, anti-smoking tea or a herbal respiratory support tea. The range covers three formats — hygienic tea bags, a loose kadha powder and a sugar-free syrup — all built on the same ten classical herbs.
Who it is for. Everyday smokers looking for a healthier habit to hold onto, urban commuters breathing traffic dust and construction air, and anyone working long hours in poor indoor air quality. It is not a smoking-cessation aid and contains no nicotine.
What is inside. Mulethi (Glycyrrhiza glabra) at 30% of the tea blend soothes the throat and coats irritated respiratory passages. Vasaka (Adhatoda vasica) is the syrup's lead herb at 400mg per serving and is used traditionally as a bronchodilator. Pippali and Sunthi improve absorption and help loosen mucus, while Tulsi supports everyday immunity.
How to use it. Steep one tea bag in 100–120ml of freshly boiled water for two to three minutes, or simmer half a teaspoon of the powder for three to four minutes and strain. The syrup is 10ml twice daily, morning and night. Use consistently for two to four months for a full cycle.
Made in India. Every batch is produced in a GMP certified, ISO 9001:2015 accredited facility, with batch number and expiry printed on each pack, and shipped from Hyderabad by M/S Maanvi Enterprises.
