Once your order is confirmed, our team verifies the payment status. Since all orders are prepaid, we begin processing the order only after successful payment confirmation.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight.

Delivery Timeline

Once dispatched, delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer’s location and courier availability.

• Hyderabad: 1–3 working days after dispatch
• Other locations in Telangana: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Delivery may take longer during public holidays, festivals, weather disruptions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Prepaid Orders Only

All orders placed on our website are accepted on a prepaid basis only. Cash on Delivery is currently not available.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, phone number, and email ID while placing the order.

M/S Maanvi Enterprises will not be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable customer details.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or any other available communication method.

Damaged or Missing Shipment

If you receive a damaged package or if any item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately with order details, photos, and an unpacking video where possible.
